By using bubbl.music ("bubbl", "the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What bubbl Does

bubbl is a human-curated music discovery platform that helps users find emerging underground artists across 15 genres. We provide artist information, music previews, and integration with streaming services.

Your Account

bubbl does not require an account to use. If you connect Apple Music or Spotify, your streaming service account is managed by Apple or Spotify respectively — not by bubbl. We do not create accounts on your behalf.

Music Playback

• Full song playback requires an Apple Music subscription and is governed by Apple's terms of service
• 30-second previews are provided through Deezer's API and are subject to Deezer's terms
• bubbl does not host, store, or distribute music files

Acceptable Use

• Use bubbl for personal, non-commercial music discovery
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform
• Do not attempt to manipulate the recommendation system
• Do not use bubbl to infringe on the rights of artists or rights holders
• Do not submit false or misleading artist suggestions

Artist Suggestions

When you suggest an artist, you grant bubbl permission to review, add, and feature the artist on our platform. Artist suggestions are reviewed by our team and may or may not be added at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All artist images, music, and metadata belong to their respective rights holders. Artist data is sourced from Deezer, Last.fm, Spotify, and Apple Music APIs. The bubbl name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of bubbl.music.

Disclaimers

• bubbl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of listener counts, artist data, or growth predictions
• Music availability depends on the streaming services and may vary by region
• We are not responsible for the content or quality of music played through the platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bubbl.music and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of bubbl after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
