Born on the US Virgin Island of St. Croix and raised in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, Wais P is no stranger to the industry or the streets. Growing up, Wais was exposed to the crack/cocaine epidemic as well as the prostitution rings that ran rampant during the Reagan administration.
